Over the course of his career, Mr. Grant has had direct and indirect responsibility for operational and contract management for into-plane fueling and Fuel Facility Management and Operations (M&O) activity at over 25 Airports throughout the US and Canada. These responsibilities have included overseeing numerous airline hub fueling operations and several of the busiest fuel storage facilities. Besides working closely with Air Carriers situated throughout the world, his International background also includes performing jet fuel facility evaluations at locations in Central America and throughout Mainland China as well as conducting aviation fuel management training for a national oil company located in Southeast Asia.
Various industry agencies such as Airlines 4 America (A4A), International Air Transport Association (IATA), the United States Internal Revenue Service and the State of California Board of Equalization have sought Andrew’s expertise to help shape procedures and guidelines that are now used throughout the fuel service industry today. His most recent industry procedural involvement was contributing to the development and implementation of ICAO Manual 9977, Manual on Civil Aviation Jet Fuel Supply.
